We’re just 5 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, giving you quick, easy access to travel while still enjoying a peaceful, residential location.

What are the income requirement?

We ask that applicants have a monthly income of at least three times the rent. This helps ensure you can fully enjoy everything our community has to offer without added financial stress.

Is smoking allowed?

We're proud to be a smoke-free community, promoting a cleaner, healthier environment for all who live here.

Do you offer short-term leases?

We currently do not offer short-term leases, but we’d be happy to walk you through our available lease-term options to find the best fit for your needs!

Do you have furnished apartments?

While our units are not pre-furnished, we're happy to connect you with trusted third-party vendors who specialize in furnishing solutions.

How do I access my home and the amenities?

You’ll access your home with a standard apartment key, while all community amenities and building entrances are accessed using your key fob. This keeps everything simple, secure, and convenient for you!

Is parking free?

Yes, general parking is free and conveniently located throughout the community for residents. Guest parking is also available along Station Crossing Avenue and Nations Crossing Road, as these areas offer public/city parking options.

Is there public transportation nearby?

Yes! The Woodlawn Station on the Lynx Blue Line is just half a mile away, making public transportation quick and convenient.

Do you offer specials for preferred employers?

Yes! We offer waived application and admin fees for our preferred employers. it's one of the ways we love to give back to our local partners.

Do you have a dog park?

Yes! Our fenced-in Bark Park is the perfect off-leash spot for your pup to run, roam, and make new friends.

Is maintenance available 24/7?

Absolutely! Our dedicated maintenance team is available around the clock to handle any issues quickly, so you can relax knowing your home is always in good hands.

What are the pool hours?

Our resort-style pool is open from 9am to 8pm, so you have plenty of time to soak up the sun or enjoy a relaxing swim.

Do all homes have balconies?

Almost all of our homes include balconies! The only exceptions are one of our 1-bedroom floor plans (A4) and our 2-bedroom townhome floor plan (The Scaleybark).

Can guests use the amenities?

Residents are welcome to bring to enjoy the amenities. Just make sure the leaseholder is present during the visit.

Is grilling allowed?

Yes, we offer two outdoor grilling stations exclusively for resident use. Gather with friends or family and enjoy relaxed weekend cookouts just steps from home.

Who provides internet at Accent Southrail?

Our community is wired with high-speed AT&T Fiber. That means you can enjoy fast, reliable internet that's perfect for streaming, remote work, video calls, and everything in between.

 

Do the apartments include a washer and dryer?

Yes, every apartment includes full-sized washer and dryer sets so you can enjoy the ease of in-home laundry from the day you move in.
